WE'RE HIRING - Administration Position
Aussie UnderCover is seeking a mature minded administrator to run daily office operations as part of our small team at our South Nowra Location. As we have a niche market in the swimming pool industry, all product training and knowledge will be provided. No prior industry knowledge is required.
Immediate start. Hours 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Above award wages commensurate with experience
Direct customer contact - phone answering, dealing with email and providing support to our retail and trade customers
CRM management – new enquiries, preparing quotes, emailing customers, creating sales orders and invoices, receiving payments, processing manufacturing documentation for the factory floor. Cross checking prepared products.
Arranging freight and insurance for dispatches
Accounts Payable – digital computer entries, bills, stock entries and adjustments, end of month accounts payable reconciliations and paying bills
Reconciliation of credit cards
Social media skills would be an asset. Creating digital media using Canva or similar products and posting to all platforms via Later or similar products. Training can be provided.
