It's been a while but.... I'm back!
I have finally been able to connect my facebook with my website and instagram which means now you can finally shop my products straight from my Instagram page :) YAY!

I've struggled to enjoy this particular platform at times but I decided that I really want my online store/ blog to reach as many people as possible in hopes that maybe my thoughts, words and handmade products may make someone smile and feel more connected with the world.

I recently moved my life back home to Far North Queensland amongst the rainforest and the salty sea air☀️
When the new year began I started to think about how I could elevate my small business, the new things I want to create and how I want my business to be represented. In late 2019 just before the bumpy two year 😷 began, my little handmade store ‘Creating Your Beautiful’ was born. Throughout the process I’ve never really quite felt like I had a cohesive vision or niche for my store, nothing that really flowed together as a union. But with change comes a new direction and now I’ve finally found my stores new creative vision. I was inspired by my love for antiques, old romance, vintage style, nature and my favourite childhood movie 🎥 The Secret Garden. Sometimes it takes a while to find the shoe that really fits and now that I’ve found it I cannot believe that I didn’t try it on sooner 🪞👗

I have created a new space on Instagram to share my love for photography, art and writing. A place to showcase my creative work and a look through my eyes on how I see the beauty of the world.

I know I have shared many different creative outlets with you all but photography, art and writing have always run deep through my veins and so i thought it was time to showcase my work on its own platform.

Try being alone 😳 with headphones on. I can tell you now it was pretty dam scary! Maybe not the scariest ever but its definitely in the TOP 5! I think I make it look scarier haha

I’m so happy I can finally share this video with you. It’s been a while 🤭 YouTube kept blocking it for copyright reasons, but I finally figured out a way to get around it and make it work 🤦‍♀️ still working out how to do reaction videos without this issue constantly happening!

Little did we know what was ahead of us as we danced our way into the year of 2020!

So much heartbreak, devastation, empowerment, control, change, fear, injustice, unity, tragedy, divide, loss, isolation, disaster and revolution. Looking back at all these images as we are still living deep within it all gave me chills... it almost doesn’t feel real.

It made me appreciate those fun memories shared with my family in Adelaide so much more.Cherish life and every moment you have with family and friends, as you never know what’s around the corner.
