One of our very own Hookers has officially been selected as a participant in the Miss NAIDOC Leadership and Empowerment Program! ✨👑

From hooking yarn to chasing dreams, we’re incredibly proud to see one of our team stepping into a space that celebrates culture, leadership, confidence, and community.

This journey is about so much more than a crown—it’s about empowering Aboriginal women, creating positive change, building connections, and proudly representing culture and community every step of the way.

Of course, she’ll still be hooking between appearances (we couldn’t let her escape that easily 😉), but over the coming months we’ll be sharing her journey, achievements, and all the exciting moments along the way.

🧶🔥 THE HOOKERS ARE BACK! 🔥🧶

Before anyone starts talking… yes, we’ve been a little quiet lately. The Happy Hookers took a month off from hooking to enjoy some holidays, recharge the batteries, and spend a little less time tangled in yarn. 😏

But we’re back, and we’ve got news…

💔 One ho**er left the other.

Don’t worry, no dramatic reality TV reunion episode required — we’ve simply expanded our hooking empire! One ho**er is now based in Perth and the other in Albany, meaning we’re spreading the crochet chaos across WA.

The bonus? No more shuffling creations back and forth between us and fewer unnecessary fees. We’re now perfectly positioned to bring more handmade goodness to more people.

The hooks are back in action.
The yarn stash is out of control.
The creative ideas are flowing.
And we’re officially ready to get back to hooking. 😉
