🎨 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 🎨

I'm considering introducing a DIY Paint Party Hire Package and would love to hear your thoughts!

The idea would be to hire out everything you need to run your own paint party, including:

🎨 Easels
🖌️ Paintbrushes
🖼️ Canvas
🎨 Paints
🖌️ Aprons
📄 Step-by-step painting instructions

This would be a lower-cost alternative to a fully hosted Craft & Canvas session, allowing you to enjoy a creative event with family and friends while handling the setup, pack down, and painting yourselves.

Of course, our fully hosted sessions would still be available, where I take care of the setup, provide all materials, guide everyone through the painting step-by-step, and handle the clean-up afterwards.

So, I'd love to know...

Taylor Swift, Paint & Party Time! 🎸

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a Taylor Swift-themed birthday paint party, and what a fun session it was!

The birthday girl is a huge Swiftie and chose this beautiful guitar design for everyone to paint.🎶 The finished paintings looked absolutely amazing.

To make the party even more special, they also chose two of our personalised add-ons – tumblers and keyrings for each guest. They were a huge hit and everyone loved taking home an extra keepsake from the day!

🌸🎨 What a beautiful birthday celebration! 🎨🌸

This Kids' Paint Party was all about our gorgeous Pastel Posies, and wow, didn't they turn out amazing!

I absolutely love this design, they always come out great and they all added their own creativity and personality to it. From soft pastel colours to unique little touches, every canvas was completely different and looked fantastic.

The birthday girl and their guests had so much fun painting, chatting, and getting creative together, and it was wonderful to watch their confidence grow as their paintings came to life. Always trust the process!

How many people do you need for a Paint & Sip session?

One of the questions I get asked most often is, "How many people can you accommodate?"

The answer might surprise you!

At Craft & Canvas, our minimum group size is just 6 people, making our sessions perfect for birthdays, hens parties, family get-togethers, baby showers, team-building events, and more.

For most events, I would usually recommend a maximum of around 40 guests to ensure everyone receives plenty of guidance and support throughout the session.

However, with the right venue setup, suitable seating arrangements, and access to a microphone and projector, I can accommodate groups of up to 80 people!

Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large community fundraiser, I can work with you to create a fun, creative, and memorable experience for your guests.

What a beautiful Paint & Sip birthday celebration this was 🌅

This lovely group painted our “Sicilian Sunset” design and every single painting turned out absolutely amazing! I love seeing how everyone adds their own style and personality to the artwork — no two paintings are ever the same!

What a fun night we had hosting our Paint & Sip collaboration at the The B bar in Baldivis🍷

These collaboration events are always some of our favourites because there’s such a wonderful mix of people who come along — friends catching up, couples having a date night, people trying something new, and even complete beginners discovering their creative side for the first time!

What is usually a quieter Tuesday night turned into such a fun, busy, and creative atmosphere full of laughs, great food, drinks, and some amazing paintings. We had such a great response that we’re already planning to do it all over again, and we honestly can’t wait to paint with everyone again!
