THE KARMA THIEF

I think karma is a giant jar of light we store within our souls. And every time we say or do something kind, we take light from that jar and give it away. And karma, being the magical force it is, will send that light back to us on days when we need it most. But that light will be even brighter, when it comes back, because we gave it away in good heart you see. Likewise, when we say or do something mean, we also take light from our jar, light that never comes back, light that is disposed of, wasted, sent to the darkness without ever living its purpose. Light that could have made this world a better place. And that meanness, that wasted light, also includes the way you treat yourself. So if you're wondering why your karma does not reflect your kind heart…check your inner critic. She may have been busy, stealing light.

Its been a while since I posted anything on my page. I have been busy with creating a new design for 2016. My goal for this year was to create a owl my favourite little koala and learn how to crochet. Well my first creation has been a little owlet. She is not 100% yet and still requires a bit of tweeking here and there especially in the body but in general I am happy with how she turned out. Would love to know what you think
