📣Father’s Day Stall📣

Tuesday 1st September to Thursday 3rd September

To ensure we can run our Father’s Day Stall this year, we really need some help! We need at least 4 helpers for each session that we run our stall. This is one of the easiest volunteer tasks, as you are just required to stand behind our stall tables and help the children to select gifts.

If we don’t have any volunteers, we run the risk of not being able to run the stall - please get in touch if you can help out!

We will also be setting up the stall on Monday during school hours - if you could help us out at all, that would be great!

Busy parents, we know the feeling — between school bags, lunches, sport, work, emails and trying to remember what day it is, there’s a LOT going on. 😅

📖 Book Week Tuckshop – The Very Cranky Bear 🐻

Thursday 27th August

Book Week is coming to the Tuckshop with a special menu inspired by The Very Cranky Bear! Students can enjoy our Book Week Combos, featuring themed food, drinks and treats, along with a selection of special items available over the counter on Thursday.

Check out the Book Week menu on QKR for all the delicious details. It’s a fun way for students to celebrate Book Week while enjoying a special Tuckshop treat!

😀Father's Day Stall 💙
Our annual Father's Day Stall will be happening from Tuesday 1st September to Thursday 3rd September in the Library. To ensure our stalls run smoothly, we need a few extra hands to help us out! Volunteers are needed to help children select gifts and just ensure the gifts are stocked up on the tables! It is a really fun event to get involved in and lets you see the enjoyment kids get when they choose the gifts for their loved ones! (No cash handling)
Let us know if you can help out by sending us a message! The more the merrier!!
Kids are of course welcome - we just ask that you bring along a little activity to keep them entertained in the Library behind our stall tables.

🎨 Arts Fest Prize Donations Needed! 🎨

We are looking for donations of new and unused toys, novelty items and fun little prizes to help make our Arts Fest stalls extra exciting!

These donations will be used as prizes and surprises throughout Arts Fest, helping us create a fun, memorable event for our students, families and school community.

We would love donations of:

🎁 Toys and games
🎨 Craft kits and activity sets
⭐ Novelty items and collectibles
✏️ Stationery and fun accessories
🎉 Anything new, unused and exciting!

Items do not need to be large or expensive — small, fun prizes are perfect. The main thing is that they are new, unused and in excellent condition. Maybe you hosted a birthday party and have leftover party bag novelty items or perhaps you have a present drawer that is overflowing and need to downsize.

Thank you for helping us make Arts Fest amazing! Every donation makes a big difference. 💛

Donations can be left at the OSHC building or the Uniform Shop before the 11th September.
