Hi there everyone, I hope you all have had a great weekend.

Firstly, I want to apologise to you all for the lack of content lately on the model trains, there were things that needed to be taken care of that are more important than model trains, surprisingly enough. 😜

Secondly, I just got back home from another Model Rail Expo at Sandown, where myself and the crew at the Latrobe Valley Model Rail Association took the Gippsland layout to the expo for the weekend, and there was plenty of positive feedback and shock responses to the layout. I also met some amazing people from other clubs and even an attempt to be recruited to the Walhalla Tourist Railway.

The Latrobe Valley Model Rail Association will be at the Lillydale Expo on Easter Weekend, before we host our Expo at the Moe Racing Club on May 16th-17th.

I will be more active on this page now, sharing photos of layouts and videos of trains running around different layouts. And also advertise for upcoming events and activities at the Latrobe Valley Model Rail Association shed on Friday afternoons.

This time next week, the Latrobe Valley Model Railway Association will be opening on Friday afternoons. What a great way to go into weekend mode after a week of work or studies. We will be open from 4pm. Please feel free to stop by.
