This is a full-throated clone of the Sunn Beta Lead and Beta Bass preamp circuit, right down to the way it hits your amp like a hammer. Built with a high-voltage internal charge pump, so it runs at proper rail voltage like the original, giving you the same headroom, the same punch, and the same glassy aggression the Beta is known for. It’s not just a distortion box, it’s a legit preamp. Run it into the front of a clean amp, a power amp, or even straight into an interface. It’ll hold its own.

Hey all!

I buy way too many pedals (especially from small makers), and my friends are always making and trading pedals. It got me thinking—why isn’t there a central place for all of us?

So, I decided to build NotPedals—a boutique pedal marketplace. Think of it like eBay, but just for small-scale pedal makers.

It’s just getting started, but we’re hoping it grows into something amazing — connecting builders from towns all over the world with the creatives and noisemakers. Builders can list their pedals, and noisemakers can easily find and buy them.
