I’ve shared a lot of content on building up my self-worth + releasing my need for external validation recently, and I wanted to share the process I go through with my 1:1 clients, so that you know exactly what to expect from working with me 🙏
Note: the order may shift, depending on where you are when we start, but this is broadly what our work together looks like:
✅ STOP THE BEHAVIOUR We press pause on your external validation behaviour. Not forever, not all at once - but we start to notice it, name it, and interrupt the pattern.
✅ GET REAL We take a look at all of the people, places, and online spaces where you’re regularly seeking and receiving validation. A lot of clients find this fun once they get into it! 😅

✅ SELF-TRUST We look at who you currently turn to when you have a decision to make, and we start to gently bring that authority back to you. One of the questions I constantly come back to in my own life, and with my clients is simply: “What’s one thing I can do right now that will move me forwards?” It sounds small. It isn’t.
✅ ONGOING SUPPORT One thing that was missing on my own journey was having someone in my corner between the big moments which is why...
