How often do you dust off your Varoma and put it to work? 🥦🐟
No matter which Thermomix model you have, steaming is one of the healthiest,(and tastiest) ways to cook.

I used the new steam function on the TM7 for this vibrant plate of salmon with fennel, green beans, yellow carrots, roasted pumpkin,fresh herbs 🌿—but don’t worry, you can create the same delicious, wholesome meal with any model.
Plus it was topped with homemade goat feta🐐(also made in Thermie)😋

🥣 Hunter’s Stew (Bigos) – Polish Comfort in a Bowl! 🇵🇱

Slow-cooked, smoky and oh-so-hearty! I made this traditional Polish Hunter’s Stew using rich sauerkraut, sweet cabbage and a medley of meats that fill your kitchen with the most comforting aroma.

Big thanks to Mulgrave Farmers Market for today’s treasures:
🧄 Gorgeous fresh produce (that cabbage! 💚)
🥓 La Villa Salumi’s beautifully spiced kielbasa sausage and diced maple bacon – game changers!

It’s meals like this that remind me why shopping local is so worth it — supporting our farmers and makers while filling our bellies with real food. 🙌

What’s for dinner? 🤔
It was chilly out, so I reached for comfort – and remembered this bowl of gluten-free gold! ✨

Pan-fried pumpkin gnocchi with a quick 10-minute tomato sauce (just 1 can of annslese cherry tomatoes, EVOO, S&P, pinch of brown sugar, simmered at 100°C (with the rice basket on top). Served it over steamed rainbow chard and finished with shaved parm. 🙌
Swapped the flour for my own GF mix and it was perfection.

Sometimes the simplest dishes really shine — especially when the gnocchi gets that golden crust in the pan 🔥.

Sometimes the simplest ingredients create the yummiest results — with just a little twist! 🍳🍞🧀
These creamy scrambled eggs with baby spinach on my chia gf toast got a flavour boost with a few spoonfuls of fermented goat’s cheese I made this week in my Thermomix. Just one of the many things it can do — from fermenting to chopping, blending, steaming, and so much more. 🙌

The TM7 is the newest member of the Thermomix family and it’s full of brilliant features — but no matter which model you have, it’s an absolute powerhouse in the kitchen.
