CASTLE brings you sunny things for the home, including bedlinen and artwork. Considerable interest ensured CASTLE quickly became a commercial venture.

CASTLE was founded in 2008 by Rachel Castle with a small range of bedlinen made for friends and family. The brand represents a love of beautiful, often handcrafted or handprinted, pieces for the home. Rachel Castle has spent the past 20 years working in the homewear industry both in Australia and abroad. Prior to CASTLE, Rachel was joint founder of London-based branding and design agency, The Nest, and before that, worked for The Conran Shop in the UK. She regularly styles and writes for Australian lifestyle magazines, and currently lives in Sydney. All handmade artworks are sewn by Rachel Castle and her very patient and loving mother, Jillian Patching.

For the third year in a row, Dangerous Females and the Australian Artist Collective have curated 40 Australian artists to create, collaborate and support the safety of women and children through making art. As a part of this year’s collective, we were invited to create a floral artwork for this year’s limited edition tees, totes and sweaters which will be available for purchase on the Dangerous Females website tomorrow. Profits go towards raising money for DF and 4 Voices. You can also buy all of the original artworks, available for bidding through an online auction starting tomorrow and ending Sunday 8th November. These beloveds are back. Little paper boxes with a countdown to Chrissy, but nothing christmassy on purpose so they can stay on show forever. Numbers are printed on the inside of the boxes, scroll for video. Put all your little treasures in those itty bitty boxes. 💙RCx
