With Dandelion Market coming up I have been brainstorming and working new recipes. This year I'll have these adorable cakes. Fitted with a lid and fork for easy on the go snacking or to take home and save you some dishes!

First batches today were lemon pistachio and spiced apple. This batch is off to Brandt in keith for quality control. (There has to be some perks for the spouse of a baker!)
