We have had a sudden jump in followers recently. Thought Id jump on and say Hi!
My name is Susan. Originally from Northern Ireland but now living in NSW, Australia. Been Pagan most of my life but never really knew what it meant until maybe the last 12 years or so.

Balancing the Chakras
Breathe deeply.
Beginning from the base chakra, visualise it as a closed, red flower. Slowly begin to open the flower, one petal at a time, until it is fully open.
Move upwards to the sacral and see it as a brilliant orange flower and slowly begin to open each of its petals.
When it has opened, move upwards to the solar plexus, which is yellow, and open each petal of this beautiful flower.
Repeat the process with each succeeding chakra; heart, throat, brow, crown, and its relevant colour (green, blue, indigo and violet respectively), until you have opened all the chakras.
Finally, visualise a golden light coming down from the top of your head through the crown chakra. Breathe in deeply, and allow this light to flow through your body connecting with each of the flowers. Exhale and allow the light to flow out through your feet.
