Meet the founder of Sacred Stix ⬇️
I’m Amanda, a 37 year old mamma who found peace within all things spiritual including meditation, yoga and alternative therapies and wanting to share the tools I use to help others on the journey to creating peace within them. 🕊️
I’ve completed my Yoga Teacher Training in India, Level 2 Reiki, Master Practitioner NLP training and am a former flight attendant. I’m passionate about mental health and re-wiring the brain and nervous system. Thank you for being part of my journey. 💗
