Birdsville Inside Track Closed Due to flooding until further notice.
Birdsville Track - Cooper Creek causeway Closed The road is accessible to local 4WD traffic only. Exercise caution due to soft edges and soft surface areas.
Birdsville Track - Cooper Creek to Marree Closed Water in creek crossings. Road surface is too wet. Reassess Tuesday 18 August.
Birdsville Track - Mungeranie to Cooper Creek Closed Deep scours and washouts observed. Road surface remains wet and requires further drying time.
Birdsville Track - SA Border to Mungeranie Closed CLOSED. No public access due to significant flooding between Clifton Hills Station and Mungeranie. It is necessary to make alternative travel plans for the foreseeable future.
Brachina Gorge Road Closed Due to flooded sections limiting access, the full length of the road could not be fully assessed. The next road condition update will be provided on Wednesday 19 August.
Bunyeroo Valley Road Closed Due to flooded sections limiting access, the full length of the road could not be fully assessed. The next road condition update will be provided on Wednesday 19 August.
Cooper Creek Ferry Crossing Access Closed The Barge service is not in full operation. Ground conditions range from boggy to soft.
Cordillo Downs Road - Innamincka to Arrabury turn off Closed Innamincka Causeway remains closed, with fast-flowing water running 0.4 metres over the causeway.
Erudina Rd - Martins Well Rd to Tea Tree Rd Closed Due to flooded sections limited access, the full length of the road could not be fully assessed. The next road condition update will be provided on Monday 17 August in the afternoon.

Glass Gorge Road Closed High clearance 4WD plus towing access only from Moolooloo to Blinman. High-clearance off-road caravans and campers recommended. Exercise caution at ponded water and all creek crossings.
Martins Well Rd - Rawnsley Park to Martins Well Closed Road is wet, boggy surfaces, water in creek crossings. Road conditions will be reassessed on Monday 17 August.
Moralana Gorge Road Closed The road is impassable due to flooding and sections that have completely washed away. The road will be assessed for repairs on Thursday 20 August when floodwaters have subsided.
Mt Hopeless Rd - Mt Hopeless to Balcanoona via Moolawatana Closed Open to 4WD from Balcanoona to Wooltana Station. Balcanoona and Paralana Creeks are flooding. Road surface is rough, ponded water and soft areas. Reassess Tuesday 18 August.
Mulgaria Rd - Farina to Mulgaria via Witchelina Closed Road surface is too wet and boggy. Reassess Monday 17 August.
Muloorina Rd - Marree to Muloorina Closed Road surface is too wet and boggy. Reassess Monday 17 August.
Parachilna Gorge Rd - Parachilna to Blinman Closed The road was assessed on 13 August. Road works anticipated to commence on 19 August.
Riecks Rd - Merty Merty to Cameron Corner Closed Road is impassable to all vehicles due to severe scouring in the sand hills, and washouts.
Strzelecki Track - Della/Dullingari Rd junction to Moomba Closed No access west towards Moomba (Della Rd) due to flooding and severe damage. No services at Moomba.
Arckaringa Rd - Mt Barry to Arckaringa 4WD Only Open to 4WD including towing. Caution at creek crossings and soft sections. Sections of road have ponded water, follow tracks around them.
Arrabury Road 4WD Only High clearance vehicles recommended. Some sections of road are still rough. Exercise caution at floodways and creek crossings. Road to Innamincka remains closed due to the current road repairs works and water levels at the Innamincka causeway.
Borefield Rd - Roxby Downs to Bopeechee 4WD Only High clearance 4WD recommended. No towing. Gregory Creek flowing at 0.5 m. Use caution at ponded water, soft/boggy areas, wheel ruts, edge scour and rocky sections. Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways.
Buckleboo Rd - Thurlga Station to Kimba 4WD Only Caution at minor scours, gutters and wheel rutting. Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Exercise caution around ponded water and soft road sections.

Gawler Ranges Rd - Kingoonya to Skull Camp Tanks Rd 4WD Only Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Exercise caution around ponded water and soft road sections.

Kempe Rd - Coober Pedy to Oodnadatta 4WD Only Open to 4WD vehicles, including those towing. Caution at ponded water and boggy sections. Load limit: equivalent to a single semi-trailer.
Mooleulooloo Rd - Mingary to Kalkaroo 4WD Only Caution at creek crossings, ponded water, soft surfaces, and deep scours/gutters.
Mt Dare Rd - Hamilton Station to Oodnadatta 4WD Only Road open to 4WD including towing. Several creek crossings were flooded. Muddy sections are present approaching the Oodnadatta Track intersection. Note: bypass at Fogertys claypan approximately 40 km from Oodnadatta Track intersection.
Mt Dare Rd - Mt Dare to Hamilton Station 4WD Only Open to 4WD including towing. Exercise caution at soft sections and ponded water.
Nonning Rd - Iron K**b to Pondana Ruins 4WD Only Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Exercise caution around ponded water and soft road sections. Use caution when approaching and crossing the grid marked with flags.
North Flinders Rd - Balcanoona to Tea Tree 4WD Only Water Big John Creek. Caution at ponded water and soft sections.
North Flinders Rd - Tea Tree to Wirrealpa Rd 4WD Only High clearance 4WD recommended. Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Use caution at ponded water, wheel rutting, and flagged scours areas.

Skull Camp Tanks Rd - Skull Tanks to Pondana Ruins via Kangaroo Well 4WD Only Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Exercise caution around ponded water and soft road sections.
Talc Mine Rd - The K**b to Mt Fitton Mine 4WD Only Exercise caution at all creek crossings and floodways where ponded water, silt, and debris may be present.
Warraweena Road 4WD Only Road open to 4WD including towing. Water in creek crossings. Caution at rough sections and ponded water.
William Creek Rd - Coober Pedy to William Creek 4WD Only Road open to vehicles up to the equivalent of a single semi-trailer. Deep bog holes are present at Balti Baltana Creek. Exercise caution around ponded water and soft surface areas.
Wirrealpa Rd - Wirrealpa to Oraparinna 4WD Only Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Caution at ponded water.
Yardea Rd - Yardea Station to Minnipa 4WD Only Slow down at all creek crossings and floodways. Exercise caution around ponded water and soft road sections.
Adventure Way 4WD/HV Only Use caution on damaged seal areas. Exercise caution at road edges, including drop-offs and soft shoulders.
Arkaroola Rd - Balcanoona to Arkaroola 4WD/HV Only High-clearance vehicles are recommended. Exercise caution and reduce speed when approaching all creek crossings. Water flow in creeks.
Gammon Ranges Rd - Nepabunna to Balcanoona 4WD/HV Only High-clearance vehicles are recommended. Exercise caution and reduce speed when approaching all creek crossings, as large rocks are present on the creek beds. Water flow in creeks.
Kalamurina Rd - Mungeranie to Kalamurina 4WD/HV Only No access between Kalamurina Station and Cowarie Station.

Gosses Rd - Kingooya to Stuart Highway Warnings Exercise caution at grid crossings and in sections where water has ponded.
Mintabie Road - Stuart Hwy to APY Lands boundary Warnings Caution at wheel ruts and ponded water.
Tarcoola Rd - Kingoonya to Glendambo Warnings Caution at soft surfaces, and ponded water.
