These are parcels and letters addressed to non-delivery area street addresses that must be manually matched to PO Boxes before we can sort them.
Many customers think it is only their item waiting to be matched – unfortunately, there are many like this every day.
If you have a PO Box and live in a non-delivery area, using your PO Box address when ordering online helps us sort your mail and parcels much faster.
❌ IMPORTANT ❌
Street delivery addresses are different.
If your address receives normal street mail delivery, Australia Post policy requires us to deliver mail as addressed. We cannot place it into your PO Box simply because you have one.
Using the correct address helps ensure your mail is delivered as quickly as possible.
