People sometimes say they don't like Daylillies because the flowers only last one day. Even though the flowers only last a day the plants put out lots of flowers. Here's how some of mine are looking at the moment, full of buds ready to explode. I love how they're evergreen, and form a beautiful clump, which is hard for the weeds to pe*****te.

All my Daylillies are evergreen and fragrant.

They're happiest in full sun but still do well in part shade, and are extremely hardy.

They can tolerate any soil type and love to be mulched.

They're actually self mulching also, so don't be concerned if they drop leaves later when they're established.

They say if you can kill a Daylilly you should give up gardening.
