Dave and I took Frankie to Sydney for the weekend. This is Frankie and I wandering around Sydney Harbour. We did go to see the Harry Potter Exhibition on Friday and the Museum of Illusion as well and don’t for get Tumbalong Park at Darling Harbour. It was a very busy few days.

This is my fist attempt at using the new Hot Foil System. I’m a bit nervous- will it work, will I like the results.
I decided to use the pink foil(pink is soo pretty) on white with the leaves. I’m not sure what I’ll pair it with yet (sentiment etc) but as it’s a have a go session who knows what the finished product will look like.
I’ve just done the run through the big shot so I thought I would do the big reveal with you.

Have you ever wondered what a Stampin’Up! Demonstrators does?

It’s not the usual answer you may think of. It’s not- sell craft supplies! It is soo much more than that.
Let me explain.

I love helping people create. I enjoy and get a real warm and fuzzy feeling by seeing people create something that they thought they would never be able to do.

It’s the time spent together to slow down, do something for yourself, to be with others to create, renew friendships and create new ones through being together crafting. To share stories not just of crafting but of everyday life and things that matter to us.
It’s not about making perfect projects. It’s about making memories, finding how in the journey and sometimes making friendships some even lifelong.

The other week I said to Brenda at 3B - Brenda’s Batch and Brew that I could make cards out of her coffee cups. I have 2 made now and hopefully I’ll have some more soon. I’m lovely how this self challenge is working out.
Soo if you think of throwing you takeaway cup away don’t work out what you can make with it. If you have any ideas I’d love to hear them or if you want to show me your favourite coffee cup I’d love to see it!

It was so nice to catch up with Kayla, Sheralyn and Mel today in my Workshop. It was soo much fun helping make cards using the Exciting Times stamp set and punch. One card used the Eclipse method and another card used the punch to make the background. Thanks for a fun filled afternoon. Thank you for the yummy afternoon tea Sheralyn.☕️🍰
