180cm x 90cm commision and all the details!

I really had to plan this one out and I’m glad I did!Included the lorikeet at the client’s request part way through the commission and it was a beautiful addition! I’m so so pleased with this piece!

“Where the Wattles Grow”

This is a study of Acacia tree bark and golden wattles. I am obsessed with tree bark and when I have more time I’m going to paint all of them. I love the layers, texture and weathered browns in the bark of this artwork - nature is truly inspiring.

“A Bushland Chorus” in full flight - my lovely customer commissioned this piece and picked it up today and I was a little sad to see her go! But I know she is in good hands! (My customer had actually used the photos I shared with them and made it their screen saver ❤️🥹)

I know I say every artwork is my favorite but this is definitely in my top 3!

“Moonlit Bushland” - Set of Original Australian Botanicals inspired artworks

Had some blues in my paint kit that I wanted to test out and an itch to paint something inspired by the night. Love how these turned out and especially the contrasting colors against the background.
