Whilst planning my little one’s 5th birthday, I had the pleasure of connecting with some truly amazing local suppliers 🤍

From the very beginning, Tina from completely understood the vision creating the most beautiful cake, cupcakes and cookies, each piece perfectly styled in front of the backdrop ✨

The team brought the magic to life with a perfectly sized Descendants logo, sitting centre stage on the backdrop and tying everything together seamlessly.

And the treats… the most delicious toffee apples and candy from almost too good to eat (almost!) 🍭

It’s been so special settling into a new community and meeting so many incredible local businesses. I can’t wait to collaborate with more of you and create even more magic.

✨ My reason why. My most important client. ✨

This little girl is the reason I took the leap and bought this business.

I wanted the flexibility to build something of my own.
I wanted to create magic with my hands.
And most importantly I wanted to create her perfect events.

This Descendants party wasn’t just another theme (it actually started as two combined… negotiating with a 5 year old haha 🤦🏼‍♀️).
It was weeks of planning, colour matching, styling details and late-night inspo scrolling all to see that smile.

From the purple draping and custom backdrop, to the gold crown cake, themed treats, personalised favours and kids activity tables and games… every detail was created with her and her friends in mind.

Because that’s what My Perfect Event is really about.

Creating moments your children will remember.
Creating celebrations that feel personal.
Creating a little magic in your own backyard.

Sam and Jake had the perfect day for their wedding recently. Sam was a super organised bride and had every detail mapped out for the day. They just needed some help co-ordinating the ceremony, so that's where My Perfect Event was able to help. It can be hard when all the people whom you would normally call on are your guests, so that is where a wedding co-ordinator can be a big help.
