The Ballarat Hot Chocolate Trail starts on the 27th of June.

Why wait for it to start to get your hot chocolate fix this winter.

In-store The Ballarat Chocolate Experience Store offer Signature hot chocolates and Mochas that feature real melted milk, white or dark chocolate.

As well as last year’s hot choc trail contender, the hot choc heaven is still on the menu. These are available have in or take-away.

The new Caramel Indulgence Bomb hot chocolate will be available from the 27th for this year’s trail. Also available in milk, white or dark chocolate bombs.

Pho Viet Ballarat has opened at 6 Coliseum Walk — beef pho with rice noodles in a slow-cooked broth, bánh mì from $10, rice paper rolls at $5, and steamed bao buns to grab on the way through.

The menu runs from 10am and covers a good spread - chicken pho, char siu rice, stir-fried egg noodles with prawns and squid, rice vermicelli with roast pork and spring rolls. Vietnamese iced coffee too, if that's what your afternoon needs.
