We have previously requested that invoices be sent as soon as packages are delivered to the warehouse. However, due to the urgency of invoices needing to be submitted with the manifest, we are now asking customers to send invoices immediately after purchase to avoid any delays in the clearing process.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE WAREHOUSE..

The cut off time for packages is end of day 48 hours prior to the flight’s departure.

What happens to your package when it arrives at the warehouse in Miami....

The transport vehicle arrives at the warehouse facility. The receiving area is usually designated for incoming shipments.

Unloading: Goods are unloaded from the vehicle using forklifts or manual labor, depending on the size and nature of the shipment.

Inspection and Quality Control: The delivered goods are inspected for damage and verified against the shipping documents to ensure the correct quantities and items have arrived.

Inventory Management: After inspection, the goods are entered into the warehouse inventory system for tracking. This may involve tagging or labeling items for The Courier Store.

Storage: The goods are then placed into appropriate storage locations within the warehouse, such as shelves or pallets.

Updates and Notifications: Once the delivery process is completed, updates are often sent to the TCS to confirm receipt.

Returns Handling .... If any goods are damaged or incorrect, a return process is initiated, following procedures for handling returns or exchanges.

This process may take 24 to 48hrs to be completed before arriving to the Amerijet Facility where another processing of boxes begin.

Air Freight $10.00 per lb

Service Charge $10.00

Other Charges If Applicable

Loose Piece $50.00

Brokerage Charge $50.00

Please proceed to forward your invoices for expected items in a separate email so the billing process can be expedited seamlessly upon the arrival of the delayed items.
