International orders are booked on full advance payment. Policy for New Customers:
1. AED 100/- or some percent of the total amount's advance has to be transferred to place an order (this policy has been added to protect the company from scammers/fake buyers, sincere apologies if any inconvenience is caused). Refund/Return Policy:
1. AURA STORE FZC does not offer any ‘Returns’ for any of the produ
cts.
2. All products purchased from us can be returned within 3 days only if:
Return request is made within the stated time frame/limit. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. Anything is missing from the package. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 3 days of the original order date. Please email pictures of the defective item to [email protected] within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Aura Store will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product and send it within 8-10 business days.
3. Discounted Items cannot be returned/refunded.
4. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
5. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Mode(s) of Payment:
1. COD (Cash on Delivery); Applicable for orders below AED 500/-
2. Advance Payment (half of the total); Applicable for orders above AED 500/-
3. Advance Payment (full amount); Applicable for urgent order(s), that will be delivered in 5 business days. Ps. Advance payments to proceed through Western Union or any Exchange Or Bank Transfer. And orders that are booked on Half Advance & COD will be delivered within 10-15 business days.
