HandStitch Plushies Terms of payment: We will only commence work on an order once we have received a 50% deposit from the official quoted price.

HandStitch Plushie products are hand made delicate items and as such are intended for display,if you are ordering for kids please do let us know in advance so we can reinforce seams. This is in order to cover material costs and protect us from loss in the case of cancelled orders. Please note that once the 50% deposit has been paid the order is considered to have b

een accepted, we do not return deposits if the order is cancelled after work has started on the item. Returns: If a return is required due to quality issues we will be happy to refund our customers in full upon return of the damaged item. Alternatively we are happy to provide repairs within reason (as above mentioned, these items are for display only, damage due to wear and tear are not the responsibility of HandStitch Plushies).
