After spending the past 10 years helping hundreds of families and individuals realize their primal need for shelter and their personal aspirations for home ownership, owning their “dream home,” and moving to be closer to family or employment and a myriad of other reasons, I am hanging up my general brokerage hat at the end of the week to join True Homes where I’ll continue to work closely with other Realtors and home buyers to keep the dream of home ownership alive for many.

I chose to join True Homes for many reasons, not least of which is their culture of faith, family and teamwork.

True Homes is locally owned and operated and builds in communities throughout the Carolinas. True is also committed to building affordable homes for many in addition to being among the finest semi-custom home builders in the region and rated as one of the best places to work year after year.

I will begin True’s extensive training program next week and will eventually land at Edgewater, one of the Charlotte Region’s premier golf course and water front communities located just south of downtown Lancaster, SC and about an hour from both Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC, where True plans to build for the next decade-plus.

Stay tuned as I will soon announce a referral partnership with a pair of agents who I’ve known and worked with for nearly a decade and who I fully endorse and recommend for all of your real estate needs.
