Welcome, Elle Williams! 🧀

We’re excited to welcome Elle to the Sauk County Dairy Breakfast!

Elle began her career with Carr Valley Cheese at just fourteen, working in the La Valle factory store. Today, she serves as Director of Sales and Brand Development, bringing a lifelong connection to the company into her leadership role.
She recently became a Licensed Cheese Grader in Wisconsin, a certification that involves evaluating cheese for quality across key attributes such as flavor, body and texture, color, and overall appearance, ensuring it meets established standards.

Join Elle in the garage at 7:45am and again at 9:45am for her cheese making presentation:
🥛➡️🧀 From Milk to Masterpiece: The Art of Cheesemaking.
It only takes a few ingredients to make cheese, but the magic is in the details. This interactive demonstration will walk through the fundamentals of cheesemaking while highlighting the craft, care, and creativity that elevate it into an art form.

Elle will also be on hand at the cheese tasting booth in the education tent, where you can sample a variety of Carr Valley Cheese cheeses and chat with experts who are ready to answer your questions!
