For my husband’s birthday, I decided to paint him a passiflora (also known as Passion flower). Soon after we met, he gave one of these to me in a small dish of water. I’ve always taken it as a symbol as his early ‘passion’ for me and our budding relationship. We now have been together over 5 years and have made it a tradition to plant Passion flowers every year in our gardens! 💜🌸
