Classroom update:
-I found a small table yesterday, remove the legs, and was able to make my calm corner floor table! I’m going to get a new rug to put in that space, but having this little spot set up, made me happy! I still don’t have all my furniture, so I’m still working on adjusting placement of certain things, but this little spot will stay right here! I will probably take the bulletin down and use it elsewhere- I think the mountain tapestry should go back up (like in the old room)! 
-I was able to move all the boxes I have been storing at my in-laws house to the classroom and get them unpacked which felt like a huge step!
-we came up with some ideas for the doors for the Care Closet
- This weekend we are getting a group of volunteers together to repaint our office and Lobby!

Negative student behavior.
Overbearing administrators.

Of course pay factors in as well, but so many teachers leave early in the profession because the work can be so challenging. And yet, I have talked to countless veteran teachers who have learned to overcome the obstacles and still love their careers.
