Have I mentioned how much we LOVE remodels??? ❤️

Today's kitchen flip was made possible by the following:
⭐️Covering patterned sheet vinyl on the floor with staggered porcelain tile (we were so sad to see it go)
⭐️Countertops went from a combination of white Formica and 6x6 tile squares to the ever so elegant quartzite
⭐️Added full tile backsplash under cabinets
⭐️Fresh coat of paint on the walls only, cabinets were left untouched
⭐️Kitchen also received a new hood vent over the stove

-We often encounter custom built showers with poorly installed, or little to no waterproofing at all. 😲

-In this particular case, damage within the walls was beyond repair. We did a full demo, down to the studs, then reconstructed a new shower, mortarbed, bench, niche, etc.

-These 16x32 polished porcelain tile on the shower walls coordinate with the matte finish on the bathroom floors. This new shower will be enjoyed for many many years to come!
