Late post of the boys putting them down during turkey season.

It’s about that time of year we wait for. Time to get back in the woods to prepare for this hunting season. If you don’t have one get a harness. It don’t matter how long you have been doing it or whatever. Use it. Every year someone falls and gets hurt or killed. Don’t trust old straps or lock on cables that have been up all year. Most of us have kids watching and if you don’t teach them right and they get hurt it’s your fault. I have had equipment fail and hung by a safety rope that’s better than the alternative. Use a harness your family is depending on you.

Parker decided yesterday morning it was to cold to bow hunt. So we got his rifle and headed out. This buck chased a doe across the food plot to fast to get a shot. About 10 min later the doe came back out. We ranged her at 316 yards and dialed his scope and waited. A few min later he stepped out and the rest is history. Park squeezed the trigger and he dropped him in his tracks. Congrats Parker on a fine buck and a well placed long range bullet.
