Spooky season is here, which means we need to pay homage to the spookiest thing of all! Invisible illnesses. You never know who around you is suffering, or struggling and in pain. Yes, on the outside they look ok, but on the inside everything is different. I am a proud member of the invisible illness community.

So, Fridays I am going to try and post something that is undoubtedly hilarious. For those who don't know me, I fall on my face A LOT. Trip over imaginary steps or cracks, and roll my ankles walking on flat ground. At least I know that I am falling forward every time I do. ( I also usually hope that someone is there watching to be able to laugh. Otherwise what good is it to fall? At least it can bring someone a smile) 😂

Anyone else remember getting perms as a kid? When I was little it wasn't about the perms is was the claw bangs. I HATED THEM. Unfortunately, my Dad was an EXPERT at them. So, you better believe that when he was the one home getting us kids ready, my bangs were on point and five feet off my head.

Don't hate me, but I don't really like Halloween. 🫣 I love it when it is cutesy, but I absolutely hate the blood and gore. So, instead of drawing that, I decided to go for a spooky forest theme with a massive moon in the background.

What's your favorite kind of Halloween decoration? Are you Cutesy or do you like to get your creep on?

New look, new direction! A lot of you have noticed that I have been absent for a while. It took me a while to figure out what direction I wanted my business to head. I kept convincing myself that I wanted to do graphic design, which don't get me wrong is fun! Eventually, I realized that what I liked about the design was the illustration side of things.

Then the moment of clarity broke, and I illustrated my first children's book! Being able to hold a published copy of my blood sweat and tears in my hands was absolutely incredible! So, I am now going to focus on what I actually love. So if you need a custom illustration, a book cover design or have an idea for a children's book I am your gal!

I guess as a side note, I will also post sticker stuff randomly as well. Stay cool my peeps, I am so happy you are here for the ride.
