Stay Away from Famous Tate Wesley Chapel. As soon as they have your money, they are pretty much done with you.
I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer for $2000+-.
Model MVW7230HW MAYTAG, WASHER TL 5.2 CU.FT WHITE $899.88 $899.88The washer immediately started not working properly. It makes strange noises, and doesn't fill up with water. Of course, because the washer keeps getting "repaired" four visits total, various calls, dozens of emails I don't know what else to do other than to bring it to the public because the one person that I thought was going to help me Mr. Kenneth Mark, didn't. I've been told to read the manual. Call repairman?? I've been addressed in a way to keep me calm while the clock ticked away.
I even told Mr. Mark some time ago if he was swaying me while the time passed so that he could get out of helping me once the warranty had passed. I've only had the washer since the end of April and it's been "repaired" four times. This is what is known as a lemon, and I believe there are lemon laws, and if there isn't there should be. It has cost me over $600 in torn towels, sheets, pillow cases, pajamas, etc. the issue is that I have to continue using it because I have no choice. I'm going t hope this company does the right thing for an old, paraplegic veteran that just wants some justice. Get me a new washer. PLEASE!

No, I'm not happy. You state that the machine is working as it was designed to work? Does that mean designed to tear clothing? I mean, really, even you don't believe what you just wrote. The washer is NOT working as it was designed, because if that were the case, we wouldn't be in this situation. Don't you think?
Who came up with that decision? Did you show the amount of damage the machine has done to my laundry? Resubmit my case with whomever came to this very erroneous decision.

Hello,

Famous tate will not be able to return the washer. The washer has been repaired and it is working as it was designed to work. A washer made in 2020 does not work the same way as washers made previously. You should closely follow the operating instructions in using the washer.

I certainly do not expect that you will be pleased by this information.

I would recommend that you contact whirlpool about your concerns with the washer.
