It all began when I was told I was going to be a grandmother for the first time. The theme was elephants. I had been crocheting since my childhood, but had never even heard of amigurumi. I put myself on a mission to make an elephant for my grandbaby on the way. The picture was the result, my very first amigurumi. From there I became addicted to making elephants. Before I knew it, I was selling as many as I could make. Eventually I began making other critters and the business was born.
