My heart used sink when I would find a record I wanted with visible scratches and wear. I know it does make you sad and most of the time you put the record back and walk away. Im here to tell you that it’s ok to take the risk and buy it! Vintage records are known to play and last even when they have scratches and fingerprints. We contest those that come in with scratches to make sure why are playable for you when you buy them. Here’s one example for you to see and hear! Of course there will be some that won’t play and the quality and type of record player will also play a part in that. However, if it’s one you would love and the the price is right take the risk! If both else’s you can alway turn it into an up cycled project!
