Many people first discover Sr. Wooly through "Guapo", the story of Víctor, a fella who is quite shallow until he comes to grips with his reality in the sequel, "La confesión de Víctor". Well in early 2018, Víctor was back again in "Feo". We won't give away any spoilers, but we have a feeling this catchy tune may become a favorite of yours! And almost everyone in the video is a Spanish teacher!

I might have been wrong...I called "Amnesia" possibly the most ambitious project we've ever undertaken. If that wasn't it, another contestant would be "Encerrada en la escuela". This song is one of the longest, and the plot one of the most complex. Even still, we are confident that even beginning students will understand what happened during a disturbing night locked in the school. These are some of the most amazing visual effects we've ever achieved.

Hello!! It is "New(ish) Music Monday" and we want to show off a feat of video filming: "No lo tengo". A simple song about a girl who just can't seem to get it all together. Why such a feat, you ask? Because the entire video was filmed with one continuous take. That's right, no fancy camera angles or cut-ins. One continuous shot from "Action!" to "Cut!" It was a long two days of rehearsals to get all of our timing and live special effects just right. Check it out!

A New Graphic Novel?!!
This past September, I tried something totally new and released a graphic novel. It was an awesome experience, but it definitely put me outside my comfort zone.
But it has been a success beyond my highest hopes. In fact, we have sold over 11,000 copies!!

It's a sequel to one of my music videos.
It features a very popular (and feared) Sr. Wooly character.
It's a brand new story.
It's 110-pages long, more than double the length of Billy y las Botas.
It's appropriate for junior high and high school.
It has one of the most compelling stories I've ever written, a mystery that will have your students guessing to the very end.

It’s been awhile since I’ve updated you guys on new Sr. Wooly stuff, but here’s a piece of news that might interest you:
Next week we’ll be in the studio recording the first sequel to Billy la Bufanda. It tells the story of how Billy and Las Botas meet and fall in love.
I had always hesitated to do a Billy sequel since I didn’t think I could write one as catchy as the original, but this new song is absolutely awesome.
I’m not going to release the song until the animation is ready in the fall, but maybe I’ll give my Facebook friends an early sample. Maybe…
