To celebrate the accomplishments of the GCS family members and to encourage them for future performance, GCS held its second Champions of the Quarter prize distribution ceremony of 2022 in August. The ceremony started with HR Lead Zeeshan Aftab and CTO Mr. Faizan delivering a brief speech emphasizing the overall performance of GCS. After that, nominees of Quarter # 2 2022 were awarded prize vouchers and gifts. Every nominated lead and employee gave a motivational speech to encourage others. At last, Israr Malik, the vice president of GCS, gave a speech to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the GCS family. After the ceremony, everyone had a dinner party where food and beverages were served.

GCS entertains its employees by having some friendly competition to develop camaraderie amongst them and push everyone to perform at their best every day.

The ceremony started with IT Lead Zain Ahmad and CTO Mr. Faizan delivering a brief speech emphasizing the overall performance of GCS. After that, nominees of Quarter # 1 2022 were awarded prize vouchers and gifts. Every nominated lead and employee gave a motivational speech to encourage others. For the first time, GCS also awarded an employee for their amazing office reliability. At last, Israr Malik, the vice president of GCS, gave a speech to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the GCS family. After the ceremony, everyone had a refreshment party where food and beverages were served.

For many years, GCS has been assisting clients in the planning of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Data Protection. Last year, GCS was able to set up an on-site and off-site data backup solution for a client (MRC) after a couple of years of sales efforts. Within six months of setting up Backup and Disaster Recovery services, MRC’s office was flooded by water main burst. The client's office was unreachable for two days. In addition, the office will be closed for the next three months while it is being renovated.

Water damage caused the loss of all office equipment, computers, and data servers. GCS promptly provided rental IT equipment at an alternative office and began data recovery. As far as Information Technology infrastructure was concerned, GCS returned MRA to business within 48 hours after the incident. And the client resumed seeing the patient the next business day.
