I have been trying to write this post in my head all day. And it just wasn't coming together. I finally came to the conclusion that I'm speechless. I can't say thank you enough. And I can't come up with the right words to express my emotions.

Thank you to Tim and Dale for all of their organization of the shows and shooters and safety of all those involved.

Thank you to the amazing artists and crew members who gave hundreds of hours to share the beauty of fireworks at Thunder on the Plain. The Helm family has grown to include all of our new pyro families that joined us this weekend.

Thank you to our parents for all of your help with food and hospitality for our teams.

Thank you to Salina Speedway, Chuck, Lisa, Greg, Karas and your crew for such a great venue.

Thank you to our employees for your help and support in all we do.

And thank you to our customers and the awesome people of Salina and those who traveled from afar to witness the most amazing night of fireworks. The audience noise and attendance confirmed that Salina should be the new home for Thunder on the Plain for many years to come.

There will be changes, things we can do better, things we can add. But the amazing fireworks displayed will just keep getting better as we grow each year!!

Due to the winds, tonight's Thunder on the Plain start time will be delayed to 8pm. Winds are supposed to lower by then and give us a safer, better shoot tonight. See you soon!!

Guess what, everybody!?!? In just 24 hours, you will be laying in bed, adrenaline still pumping, and your brain trying to wrap around what you just witnessed at Thunder on the Plain at the Salina Speedway!! I'm so excited and nervous and will never sleep tonight, lol.
Come enjoy the fun, the noise, the HEAT, the family atmosphere!! Come spend your Saturday night with coolest people all gathered in Kansas!

Happy 4th of July!! What a rollercoaster of a season. Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. A huge thank you and much love to those who showed up and pitched in. I can never say thank you enough. And thank you to our wonderful customers who support us. We will be open tomorrow at 8am. Shop early, we will be closing soon. ❤️🤍💙
