Well its ready for a test run and see if it floats. Pics are from the way it came through the tear down and cussing and discussing setup. We ended up mounting my 36volt trolling motor along with a 36v lithiumbatteryto power it, 3 garmin 93sv units with a front and back livescope all networked together. 2 lithium 12v 100ah batteries in console to run accessories. We mounted rod holder bases down both sides. The livewell in the boat isn't to big so we will have build a portable for tournament fishing. Rebuilt axle hubs yesterday and will replace bunks on test run. All in all I think it work fine. Here's the mess from start to now. LOL.

I made it out with my 22 creed build for night hunting with a couple of test loads loads at the upper velocity nodes. The fastest shot the best. So last night I swapped my thermal over to it and loaded some rounds to zero it today since the wind was going to be calm. I got it about a 1.5" high at 100 yds. I wanted a 250 yd zero on it so I put a steel target at 250 yards and shot 5 rounds and went down to see how it performed. I grouped pretty dang good for a thermal at 250 yds. I think it will work just fine.

Here's some updates on the 6mm creed and 22 creed after shooting today. The top target in the picture is the 22 creed satterlee test. 16 rounds loaded from 38.6gr to 41.6gr of varget going up by .2 tenths of a grain looking for velocity nodes. Velocity was from 3708 fps to 3923 fps. The bottom target was the best group from the 6mm creed marlin build with the re*****on barrel. This load was a 80gr sierra bullet with imr4350 powder at 44.5gr which 3132 fps average over 5 shots and a es of 8fps. I was happy with results even with the wind blowing pretty good.

Here's a interesting project rifle of mine I rebarreled over the weekend and finished up tonight. I've been wanting to rebarrel it for a while now. Its a marlin x7 action that was originally a 243 win then had the barrel rechambered to 6mm jd Texan by another gunsmith. I ended up with it on a trade a few years ago. It shot ok but I've been wanted to do something else with it. I'm going to call it a marlington X700. I ended up taking a rem 700 take off barrel that I used the receiver to build a rifle with that was factory 243 win with a 8 twist. I cut the chamber down about a inch and machined it to fit the marlin, chambered it to a 6mm creed with a shoulder instead of a barrel nut then threaded and crowned the muzzle. Then sprayed some air cure cerakote on it. I didn't get any pics of the parts but this is the finished gun ready for some test loads.

Here's my new 22 creed build from last week for night hunting coyotes. I built this one for 53gr and 55gr bullets. Its a faxon fx7 receiver, krieger varmint contour 12 twist 26" barrel, stockystocks nextgen ultralite v2 stock and m5 bottom metal and mag, covenant arms & coatings 11.5" arca rail. Slapped a vortex on it for load development. Pics are of some of the building and bedding processes along the way.
