Roanoke granite is the only place to get beautiful countertops, with amazing customer service. The women in the front office are very knowledgeable and polite. I showed them samples of my kitchen cabinets and flooring. They knew exactly what countertop was for me right away. When the installation date arrived, the guys had my granite installed, cleaned, and sealed quickly and they looked perfect. Thanks!! I will be back for more!

Ordered vanity and top 15 Nov. 2017, indicated delivery 2-3 weeks, they insisted they be paid in full up front, Should have taken his as a warning, 2-3 weeks came and went with no contact from ROANOKE GRANITE. My contractor called and was told the cabinets were in transit, so the project which was to be finished by X-Mass put on hold. ROANOKE GRANITE did call me to say that the granite we had selected was not large enough but they could cut from a similar piece to complete the project. Still waiting on cabinets which remained in transit, still hoping to complete by Xmas. 26 Dec got call that we could pick up cabinets 28 Dec, don't install that week, Finally installed 4 JANUARY, 2018, installers seem to have done a good job but parked on the lawn. I doubt if I will ever use this company again although I have another Bathroom to remodel. They were only borderline helpful after they cashed the check, ROANOKE GRANITE never apologised offered a reasonable explanation or seemed too concerned that our home was in disruption for nearly 2 months,thru the holidays, waiting for cabinets that were to take 2-3 WEEKS, As I previously stated it is highly unlikely that I or anyone I have influence with will ever use ROANOKE GRANITE again.

Are there currently sales or the Black Friday prices still in effect?
Went by today to try to pick out some granite for a kitchen. Was there at least 20 minutes walking the lot. Gentleman on phone standing inside at window looking out I guess wasn't interested in selling any granite today. Would have been a repeat customer.
