It has been so long.
We are not coming back...yet... but I want to show a 7 year old beginning that is still around...and yes it tastes amazing! This was the first batch of Butcher Of Buds and what started JDDR.

I know we have been MIA for months now but we are still here. We had a rough personal year in 2015 but we are here in 2016 to rock this year out with hot sauces you have never experienced!

We are going to have 3 large batches come out this year. One is our Louisiana style, 2nd is our 2 years aged & Lacto Fermented Butcher OF Buds, and the third will be our new line "DOLOR" which will hit at around 1.5mil -2.0mil at the Scoville Scale so it will have a MASSIVE BITE!

Pumpkin Pandemic - Spicy pumpkin spice style sauce. ( 13; 5oz bottles available, 7; 2oz bottles available. LIMITED TIME ONLY).

Satan's Pumpkin - Extra spicy pumpkin spice style hot sauce with a cinnamon stick added and infused with scorpion trinidad moruga peppers. ( 3; 5oz bottles available, 2; 1.5oz available. LIMITED TIME ONLY ).

Bitchin' Berry - Sweet and Spicy Black Berry style hot sauce that is great on ICE CREAM! ( 3; 2 oz bottles available, MORE TO COME)

Louisiana Nector - Sweet and Tangy with a medium sized bite. ( 10; 2oz bottles available. MORE TO COME ).

We are going to be bottling a large amount of BUTCHER OF BUDS very soon which is our Fermented Habanero Garlic sauce.

We are now selling locally only! A pumpkin spice habanero hot sauce! But we have a hotter one that will make your body explode!....

Dried Trinidad moruga scorpion peppers ( all I can say is ouch!) vanilla bean and Orange Habanero peppers with pumpkin seasoning and a cinnamon stick inside the bottle!.....this is a insane sauce but damn. Is it good!

Darien Rich and I will have a link to a place to get this sauce soon and a place to get the normal style spicy pumpkin holiday hot sauce that is without a cinnamon stick.

Price for the extra spicy hot sauce is around $14.50....this sauce will last over a year it is so hot! And the price for the REGULAR HOLIDAY style hot sauce is $10.50 for 5oz

We do not sell online yet but we will have a hot sauce taste test in the spring and also will have a few taste tests during the winter along with hot sauce bottles to buy shortly via mail and or visits to our location...."ON SITE"

So we have been doing a whole lot of research and development!

Many acidified sauces and fermented!

Here are some pics of what we have going now. Yes some of these fermented pics seem nasty looking but it is part of the natural process of lacto fermentation!(these pics display our ferments right now)

Most of these sauces will not go on sale and or be sent out for samples. These are for R and D purposes only. Though a few of these MAY make it in for a future batch.

The Sauce has officially started fermenting. The bubbles started showing about a day ago and have been showing more and more. This batch should be done in about 4-5 weeks from this day. We will also be making a new batch in a week or 2 that will be milder, it will be a smaller batch and also different peppers will be used.

The business side is coming along quite nicely and we should be able to sell this stuff at stores,restaurants, and farmers markets shortly there after.

Things are slowly but surely coming together on the business side of launching this company. We would like to thank all of those who participated in our taste testing/feedback for the first batch of sauce. i still have one sample bottle and two large samples to mail out, i apologize for the tardiness, however you will receive them soon. we are in the process of making a 3 gallon batch witch should be ready in two months time. in that time we will be figuring out the logistics behind mass production and filing our status with the IRS. Again we thank you all for being a part of this and we look forward to doing business with you in the future. keep checking this page for updates on the progress of this batch of sauce, news on future batches, promotions, and events.

So this Friday we are mixing up a batch of sauce VERY similar to the last batch. we will be making it a little less hot with more flavor this time. I know most of you liked the intensity of this last batch but we want to appeal to the average tongue and not just the DRAGON tongues.

The process will take about a month and the prices will range from 3-10 dollars per bottle depending on the size.

So until we can build our new Fermenting Process my partner and I have agreed that we will be fermenting another batch of this hot sauce because of the demand. The batch will be ready in around 2 months or less and will be coming in various sizes and prices.

So far we have had great reviews with the larger bottles.

This was the last bottling of our first batch so we are HARD AT WORK on the next...expect the next batch in roughly 3-4 months. Sorry for such a long lead time but we are working on the process for the next batch which is 100% our own.

Batch number one was downed only by about 10% for this 30 sample batch. We have a massive amount of product left so we say now if you want the next sample GIVE AWAY(NO MONEY INVOLVED). Here is the post to make your claim. 25 Larger samples will be made here In this post. If you want them. Name yourself and if you are not in the NOVA area message us with your address. The only thing we ask is for you to send/give us the bottles back not cleaned for testing.....the new bottles will go out in 2 weeks.
