I believe in simplicity and living a clean, but realistic lifestyle. I've found that too many coaches out their create complicated programs of diet and exercise, that are not sustainable.

I am a group Exercise coach, Masters Ski Racer, Runner, Grass Skier as well as an all around Gym Rat. My own health and fitness was on a steady decline until I reached my early 50s. Once I began following the nutrition plans that I now recommend, my own personal health and performance changed dramatically for the better.
