I was active in the usual school sports programs, but wouldn’t have been considered an athlete. I continued to be an avid skier though on the weekends, honing my skills on a small hill in the Shenandoah V

Our Story

This site was created to help you Smash your Fitness and Weight Loss goals !

I believe in simplicity and living a clean, but realistic lifestyle. I've found that too many coaches out their create complicated programs of diet and exercise, that are not sustainable.

I also recognize goals are highly individualized, and that one size doesn't fit all. That’s why the Fitness and Nutrition programs I recommend are based 100% on your needs. We all require a certain dietary and exercise baseline, but how far you want to take it to maximize your results, is something I’m here to help you with !

I am a group Exercise coach, Masters Ski Racer, Runner, Grass Skier as well as an all around Gym Rat. My own health and fitness was on a steady decline until I reached my early 50s. Once I began following the nutrition plans that I now recommend, my own personal health and performance changed dramatically for the better. It was after I was able to change my own health, that I decided to help others do the same.
