He's on his way to the 40lb marker! Meet my client Steve, he's lost almost 40lbs since January through keeping his diet clean and putting in the time in the gym! Results don't happen over night and that is something most people desire! Becoming a better you is the most gratifying thing you can possible achieve. Having goals in life is what keeps us moving toward, it's what drives us each day, it builds who you are! Don't be scared to work for what you want, to fail at it over and over until you finally succeed! If life was easy What would be the point?! Now remember the key to a healthy body is both nutrition and physical exercise and to get results you have to work! My hat goes off to my client Steve!πŸ™πŸ»

So the question was "Is it better to foam role before, after or both?" To answer this question it honestly depends on the severeness of your muscle soreness! You can foam role both before and after but remember foam rolling before your workout is more of a soft massage to loosen the area and after your workout is more on the lines of a deep tissue massage! Keep your body injury free by stretching and foam rolling sore areas!
