Hello Fitness Friends! I am back at it! My sweet twins in this photo are official full time Kindergarteners. While I miss having them home, I now have more time to take on doing what I love, helping people get healthy and reach goals in fitness. I just started teaching for a great company which manages corporate fitness classes, teaching for the Y, as well as Personal Training. Its a new month and what better way to start a new month than dedicating some time to your health and fitness - here is a 30-Day challenge - GO!

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day! Tough week for week 4 of training, sick kid at home so not much time to get out there. Made up for it today. Eye on the prize, I can and I will. There was a dude out on the trails today who I cheered for going up a big hill. He said he ran 16. I asked if he was doing the marathon - he said, "nope, I lost 100 lbs, and I run 16-20 miles on the weekends". Inspiration is all around you - be open to it and you can accomplish anything!

So my mom and sister were here for a visit and left yesterday. I was so bummed I turned to a giant piece of carrot cake for comfort. Woke up this morning, said NO MORE CAKE and laced up. I saw this guy right outside my door. He was a very appropriate running partner. Ran so slow today, but it sure did wonders for me mentally! Get out there and do something, it will make you feel like a million bucks!
