It’s hard to believe we’re even writing this, but after many years with us, Marianna is officially retiring.

She started on the pistol side of the house as a loader, and over time worked her way into the retail space—where she’s spent the last 6+ years on the front lines of customer service. If you’ve been in, chances are you’ve been helped by Marianna. And you know she doesn’t just “help”—she takes care of people. That’s just who she is.

Some employees come and go, but Marianna became part of the fabric here. She’s family. Steady, kind, and always showing up with a good attitude no matter what the day looked like. We’re really going to miss her.

Her last day will be May 15, and we’d love for anyone who knows her to stop by and say goodbye before then. It would mean a lot to her—and to us.

Marianna, we’re so happy for you and this next chapter. We hope it’s full of time with your grandkids, plenty of adventures (including lots of beach time), and all the things you’ve been putting off while taking care of everyone else all these years.

When customers come in for loading supplies, we always tell them, “if you get stuck and need help troubleshooting, stop in and see us and we can help you work through the issue.”

This work of art is likely a “too fast too soon” consequence of moving to a progressive loader.

Most people will never see what goes into the rounds they trust.

These three do. Every single day.

After a long-range session, one of our guys said something that stuck with me:

“I’ve been loading this .308 175gr for a long time… but I’ve never really stretched it out. I’m not even that good of a shooter—and I was ringing steel at 1200m like it was nothing.”

Read that again.

Not a pro shooter. Not a marketing claim.
Just someone who builds it… finally getting to experience it.
That’s what pride in your work looks like.
When you control every detail, when you refuse to cut corners, when your name is behind every round—this is the result.
Performance you don’t have to hype.

Oh wow, you guys. I posted a job announcement only a few hours ago and the response has been absolutely overwhelming. We don't have turnover very often, but when we do and we get a response like this, we are just so grateful to be in the community we're in.
We're going to go ahead and close the position for now and sort through this first wave of applications.
