Myself and Pat, who Kathy and I hired several years ago to work with us at our estate sales have been busy going through things we have packed up in storage and plan to have a “Big” yard sale very soon. Keep an eye out and we will post more information soon!

Update on the estate sale Friday and Saturday at the home of Kathy Evans Brauer’s at 14 Browns Neck Rd. Poquoson

All items in the pantry cabinet, the counter with the main sink, the counter with the utility sink, all clear glass and crystal, single Christmas ornaments and small figurines or other small Christmas decor, all clothing and winter accessories and shoes in the closet will be 5 items for $1. Boots will be $4 a pair. There is a complete leather motorcycle set for $25.

The garage will be open and new items will be out that were not out the last two days and the remaining items located in the car hauler on the side of the garage will also be open for you to pick through.

Don’t miss this sale…the more you by the bigger the discounts!

Hi everyone! As many of you may know, there have been several estate sales by another company at Kathy’s house over the last two months. Today myself and Pat (who you all know from working with us at our sales over the last few years) got the keys to Kathy’s house to organize and finish up selling the remainder of the belongings. The house is full of quality items and there are things located in the garage as well.

Tomorrow we will be there continuing to organize things and Wednesday we will open the doors and sell from 9-12. Thursday we will be selling from 9-2 and both Friday and Saturday we will be open from 9-4.

CASH ONLY, NO CHILDREN due to the limited space and the amount of breakables, NO FOOD, DRINKS, or PETS.

Since I wasn’t expecting to do this sale and just finished another one last week, we are low on boxes, bags and wrapping paper, so I suggest you bring your own. Please leave them in your car until you are ready to check out.

MOST items will be priced from $1 to $10. Other items will be priced up to $20, and a small handful may be priced higher. Ignore and already priced items that have colored circles on them or hang tags. Being your items to the cashier and we will give you a bulk item discounted price.

We hope by end of day Saturday we will be able to clear the house of the belongings for the family. Please stop by and take a look around. It will be nice to see some faces I’ve missed!

Friday, May 1st, & Saturday, May 2nd I am doing Part 2 of the estate sale at 2232 Timberneck Ln (Kiln Creek) in NN 23602. 9-4 both days.

All prices have been reduced and most items have been discounted up to 70% off. There will be signs throughout the house listing new prices for clothing, linens, dvd’s, cd’s, books, etc.

Cash is recommended. We had no internet last week so were unable to accept credit cards. We have borrowed a wireless option for a hotspot but do not guarantee it will work continuously throughout the sale. When working, we will accept credit cards.

Any reduced items will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
