1972 Cutlass 442 W-30 Tribute with custom billet CNC air cleaner.

Customer's 1972 Cutlass 442 needed a little engine bay cleanup and character.
We installed a heater box delete cover and rerouted the heater hoses.
For the fuel system we used an Aeromotive Fuel Systems fuel pressure regulator and Fragola Performance Systems lines and fittings. To top it off we CNC machined a billet air cleaner and had TE Customs paint it to match. Finally we added new rubber up front to get the stance perfect.

The electrical and cooling is squared away on the 1983 K20.

Using a Derale Performance dual speed fan contoller, we will be controlling two 2-speed Derale Performance fans. The fan controller will enable a 70 amp relay for each speed on both fans. The fans are mounted to a U.S. Radiator aluminum radiator. The great folks U.S. Radiator also helped with the shroud and mounting the fans.

We also added relays to the high/low headlight circuit to take the load off the interior switch and provide better power for the best light.

To finish off the wiring we used a American Autowire kit to replace the wiring from the firewall forward. Waytek provided the circuit protection and relays.

This was a fun little project.
This is a custom one-off carbon fiber rear spoiler on a square body S-10. Designed from scratch. From concept to design and final product. Special thanks to AJ Hartman Aero and for their help in making this happen.

In with the NEW!
The BluePrint Engines 383 sbc is all dressed out and ready to go into the Chevy K20.
The Summit Racing Equipment air cleaner and Billet Specialties, Inc. valve covers are powdercoated to match.
Schoenfeld Headers work perfectly with the raised port aluminum heads.
CVF Racing front drive system takes care of everything up front.
We used a Quick Fuel Technology carb feed line with fuel pressure gauge and Holley electric choke kit.
We will be going with a Powermaster starter for cranking power.

Here is an update on the K20 project we have been working on.
Going with the Vintage Air allowed us to really clean up the firewall. Installed A new brake booster and Wilwood Disc Brakes master cylinder.
Axles are getting cleaned up for the new Rough Country suspension.
Customer decided on the Detroit Steel Wheel 20x9 wheels adapted to use the stock dog dish caps. These will be wrapped with BFGoodrich Tires 295-55-20s All Terrain T/As.

Out with the old.
Removed the tired 350 in this 1983 K20 to make room for a 383 stroker from BluePrint Engines. We will have the TH400 transmission and transfer case rebuilt.
Truck is going back to the customer while we wait for the motor and transmission. He is going to clean things up, add Wilwood front brakes and mastercylinder, and update the suspension.

1983 Chevy K20 4x4.
70k+ miles on the tired 350 but has a strong th400 transmission. Body and paint is in good condition and all trim is there.

Customer wants to replace the engine, update suspension, replace wiring, rebuild transmission, update interior and air conditioning, and upgrade cooling system. He wants the truck to be fun to drive and reliable.
