ALRIGHT
40 day challenge ! If anyone wants to join me just type amen and I’ll tag you daily !
spiritual side :
1. Bible reading every day no exceptions
- Some form studying whether it be documentaries or other ways to learn about Christ !
2. 10-20 mins of prayer 2x a day
- try to have the entirety of prayer about other people and not yourself
Physical side :
1. Excercise with mix of cardio and strength training !
* I will be shooting for 2x a day but 1 workout with them mixed will be fine .
No candy 🍬
No bread
No soda ( zero sugar or regular )
Carbs are fine :
Fruits 🍎 , grains ( rice, oatmeal, grits) , sweet potatoes 🍠 , red potatoes
Any meat is fine
Veggies are

I’ve been changing what I’ve been indulging in on tv as well as musically ( except for the Kendrick drake thing I was very invested in that ) 😂 but that’s beside the point lol all year I’ve made an effort to change certain things and it’s been working out for me . Less anxiety, less stress , less doubting. I want to grow stronger and wanted to bring someone along with me .
