❤️☕️Keeping MY morning coffee as healthy as I can! This morning I added a tsp of Nutriplus chicory coffee to my organic dark roast coffee (12 oz of water), 2 packets of “Leaner Creamer” * hazelnut coconut oil creamer (got it from Amazon), and a 1/2 tsp of stevia in the raw. Yummy! I’m posting this because some people were using unhealthy “coffe mate” in their coffee. I just wanted to share healthier alternatives since we have such awesome & healthy coffee! I’ve done this mix with just our coffee also and it’s delicious! I just wanted the extra caffeine today! ☕️☕️☕️❤️☕️☕️☕️

I love you guys and while I am pushing for a better healthier me, I really wont to see all of you do the same.
You don't have to do like me and spend 4-6 days a week at the gym, but we should all be eating and drinking healthier.
