There's a new survey up for input on a proposed new, concrete skatepark in Ottumwa! Take the survey and share, share, share it! The more input, the better!

If you're a resident, take the survey! If you're NOT a resident, take the survey! ALL genuine input towards making Ottumwa's skatepark proposal the best it can be is valuable!

Super thankful for Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation for their work on spearheading, and moving things forward on, this project! If there is enough interest, and input, for this project, we are very hopeful that it will happen!

Not only will a new, better, skatepark be a benefit to residents here in Ottumwa (our current skatepark has certainly served its purpose, but outlived its lifespan), but, like other cities around the state that have built new, concrete skateparks, it will help Ottumwa build on its ability to be a destination for others to come to our city!

Well, here it is, the "reveal" of the custom build we did for American Home Finding Association's "Chocolate Lovers" event, which will be here before you know it on FEBRUARY 7TH, at Hotel Ottumwa!

As always, we've "sweated the details" of the bike, trying to make it, not only a "core-level" bike, but matching it as close as we can to the theme of the event. which this year is "Pink Soiree". What began as a Kink Downside model bike in their "Hazy Purple" colorway, has been "punched (or should we say "pinked") up" with a mix of Kink, Mission, Rant, and Odyssey components. Too much to list! We must say, this is one of the most eye-catching, one-of-a-kind builds we've ever done (you really have to see it up close to appreciate it!), and it's going to go to some lucky bidder! WILL IT BE YOU?!

(Psst... If you want to see the complete bike, it's now sitting in our front window until the day of the event!)

And, if you can't make it to the "Chocolate Lovers" event (which, HELLO!, all-you-can-eat CHOCOLATE!), American Home Finding Association is a non-profit charitable organization (founded in 1899!) that you can donate to any time of the year!

In honor of the "Wicked: Part I" movie being released, we're remembering back to the "Wicked" custom-build auction bike we donated to American Home Finding Association for their "Follow the Yellow Brick Road"-themed Chocolate Lovers event in February of 2022.

Their next Chocolate Lovers event will be on February 7th, 2025, with the theme "Pink Soiree", and we've already almost got that bike ready to go on display, so keep your eyes peeled for that!
