So I just ate an incredible Caramel Pecan Brownie from Coal Palace Cafe and Books that knocked my socks off!
It paired nicely with a hot cup of their Gingerbread latte.

Amazing Blueberry Pie! Just had a piece of the BEST blueberry pie I have ever had at the Coal Palace Cafe and Book Store! Still warm, flaky crust, juicy blueberries, topped with a dollop of whipped cream! I have judged pies at county fairs - this is definitely a blue ribbon pie.
